Human Resources
At George Moore and Associates, we offer human resource services for both employees and employers. Experience has shown us that both have concerns and each want their problems solved fast using proven tools and programs. As a leader in career transition, we offer corporations a place to find new employees and when downsizing help them with their outplacement needs. Employees – If you are in transition to the next opportunity or promotion, facing job challenges, or if looking to change careers; we offer services in a variety of areas: • Our Executive Workshop – a one day, hands-on program packed with tips and techniques geared to executives. • Career Coaching – for those who would benefit from conversation with an experienced outplacement coach or human resource professional who can talk with you about what employers are looking for in a resume or interview process. • Resume Critique – if you are unsure your resume is as good as it can be, let one of our staff review it providing you with feedback or engage with a staff member as you write your resume and cover letter to respond to a particular job specification. Employers – We offer programs to enhance employers business effectiveness by providing programs and capability as follows: • Skilled Applicants – a current data base of talented, ready to work veterans with the clearances you need, the skills to meet your business challenges, and can-do attitudes. • Job Fairs – We are able to run job fairs exclusively for your organization. For small dollars we will pre-screen our applicants, matching them against your requisitions and ensure availability for your hiring managers. • Job Board – 4starjobs.com •Sexual Harassment Education – If you have over 20 employees, your managers must know their role in identifying harassment, preventing it, and what they should do when an employee reports sexual harassment. Your employees also deserve to work in an environment free of harassment. Our two-hour program combines a legal perspective with real case discussions. |
